MUHAMMAD SHAHEED UZ-ZAMAN MUNIM v SSHD [2020] EWCA Civ 49

Failure of the Applicant to comply with CPR – Application for reconsideration of dismissal under CPR 51.16 (old) – Failure to comply with Order – Failure to file bundle and requested judgement – dismissed.


SHAMIMA BEGUM V SSHD [2020] EWHC 74 (Admin)

Rolled up hearing – Judicial Review of decision by SSHD to refuse entry clearance – Special Immigration Appeals Commission – appeal against decision to deprive Claimant of her citizenship – Does the decision to deprive claimant of her citizenship interfere with a constitutional right to access of the Court – will the appeal be effective if heard in absence of the Claimant – grant entry clearance to allow Claimant to participate in appeal – dismissed.
