A summary of the latest developments in Immigration law between 2 June 2020 to 9 June 2020.

Caselaw:

Mahmood v SSHD [2020] EWCA Civ 717

117D(2)(c) of the 2002 Act – “caused serious harm” – what matters is the harm caused by the particular offence”- not general harm caused by that type of offending – “harm” – include “psychological, emotional or economic harm.”
